A weekend of study with Master Tary, a leading Health Qigong master in the UK and Europe.
These workshops are a fantastic opportunity for Health Qigong® enthusiasts practising any of the above styles to refresh their understanding of the benefits of these wonderful exercises. It is also ideal for BHQA instructors who wish to deepen their knowledge and improve their performance in these BHQA Qigong forms. An opportunity is also being provided for BHQA Instructors to revalidate their qualifications.
The course is also open to Health Qigong Instructors due for CPD and Revalidation, enthusiasts who have learned the forms and would like to consolidate and improve their practice are also welcome.
Note: This is an improver and consolidation weekend focusing on improving accuracy, spirit, and Qi manipulation. Participants must know the form and be able to practice them to reap the benefits of the course.
