Join us for our Tai Chi for Relaxation class, held on the second Wednesday of every month in the serene setting of the Rose Paterson Art Gallery, from 9:30–10:30 AM.
Drift into a gentle hour of slow, flowing movements and deep, mindful breathing designed to soothe stress, ease tension, and bring harmony to body and mind. Whether you're completely new to Tai Chi or already familiar with its graceful rhythm, this class offers a peaceful reset for anyone seeking greater flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being.
No special equipment required—simply wear comfortable clothing, soft shoes, and bring a bottle of water.
