Flexible & Inclusive Learning
Busy schedule? Different time zone? No problem.
Our classes are taught live through Zoom, with recordings made available privately for up to three months after each class. This gives you the flexibility to revisit the teaching, catch up when necessary and practise between sessions.
Whether you join us live every week or use the recordings to support your own schedule, you can continue developing your practice throughout the year.
Everyone Is Welcome
From absolute beginners to experienced practitioners, everyone can gain something from these classes.
The teaching is progressive, allowing students to learn the forms step by step while developing a deeper understanding of the principles behind the movements.
