Health Qigong Ma Wang Dui Dao Yin Shu - Saturday
This dynamic set of Qigong exercises integrates traditional Daoyin principles and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory to promote comprehensive health maintenance. The movements are specifically designed to:
- Strengthen muscle tone
- Improve joint mobility and tendon elasticity
- Boost organ function
- Enhance balance, immunity, and metabolism
Rooted in the foundational theories of TCM, the practice focuses on regulating the Zang-Fu organs (heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, gallbladder, stomach, small and large intestines, and bladder). It activates and balances the meridians, harmonizing yin and yang, Five Elements, Qi, and blood circulation.
Movements in the forms are graceful, easy to learn, and accessible to people of all ages. With regular practice, they promote physical vitality, enhance mental clarity, support spiritual growth, and contribute to longevity.
Health Qigong Da Wu - Sunday
Da Wu is one of nine Health Qigong forms officially recognized by the International Health Qigong Federation. It draws from classical Qigong theory, TCM principles, and modern sports science to create a well-rounded and therapeutic exercise system.
Each movement is carefully designed to:
- Stimulate energy flow through the meridians and channels
- Enhance internal organ function
- Improve muscle tone and skeletal alignment
- Increase flexibility, stamina, and overall physical resilience
